One-Year Limited Warranty

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

Air Purivo warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What Is Covered

During the one-year warranty period, Air Purivo will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts;

  • Replace the product with the same model or a comparable model; or

  • Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

This warranty covers defects resulting from normal use and proper maintenance.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Filters, pre-filters, or other consumable parts unless they are defective upon receipt.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.

  • Damage resulting from natural disasters, fire, flooding, power surges, or other external causes.

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

  • Products used for commercial, industrial, rental, or other non-residential purposes unless otherwise specified.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, please contact Air Purivo and provide:

  • Proof of purchase showing the purchase date.

  • Your name and contact information.

  • The product model and serial number (if applicable).

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos or videos of the product if requested.

Warranty claims should be submitted promptly after the issue is discovered.

Warranty Service

If your warranty claim is approved, Air Purivo will provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary. Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to Air Purivo unless prohibited by applicable law. Air Purivo will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replacement products when the warranty claim is approved.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be functionally equivalent to the original product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air Purivo's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. Air Purivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
